The staff at Corwin Nixon truly needs to practice what they preach. I filled out all paperwork that was sent to me prior to my appointment. My apt was at 10:00 I arrived at 0957 with my completed paperwork. The receptionist immediately attempted to reschedule me. I asked her why when I have arrived on time and have my paperwork completed? I then waited an hour and had not seen the Nurse Practioner. This was unacceptable to me, as it should have been with the staff and I told them I could not wait any longer. I later found out the Nurse Practionet had not seen two patients who were sceduled before me. I could have sat therw waiting for two or more hours! The staff insists patients are on time, so they can "hurry up and wait" for them while they double and triple book patients. THEY NEED TO PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH!
