Horrible service. Car still dirty. Didn't wipe down chrome tailpipe because she said we don't usually dry that off. I'll pretty much be re washing my car and wheels. Management said your car must have been dirty. It's a new Lincoln, and the dumb lady must not know people bring their car to the wash because it's dirty. Management has attitude because my tires and wheels were not cleaned Have whitewall tires with black wheels. Asked them specifically about cleaning them and said they would be clean. Will go to Oakwood car wash from now on when I'm kettering area.
