Walked in as an "8" on the pain-scale, walked out as an 8, he did not help me. I was told he could get me in as a new patient if I come back after 2pm so Dr. Baxter could take lunch, so I agreed and filled out the paperwork. I came back at 2 and after more waiting Dr. Baxter came in to talk. At the end of the talk he said he would get me in for my adjustment next week. I just wasted two hours on Fri afternoon to find out he won't adjust me until "he has time to review my x-ray".
That was not what the receptionist told me. I was under the impression he would "get me in" after 2.
So I walked in in pain and I walked out in pain, he didn't help me. I haven't found a good chiropractor in Dayton yet, he was the 3rd and they all suck. I found a good one in Howland Oh and another in Marysville KY, but not in Dayton. I would rate this office less than one star if I could. I would like to offer this place some advice, if someone walks in and they are in pain, HELP THEM!!! Thanks alot for wasting my time when I could have been looking for a good chiropractor.
