I do not recommend anyone to go to gem City Tattoos in the Oregon district I asked for a rose on my neck he charge me over $300 plus my grandmother's name was spelled wrong after i write it down my neck is pretty scarred up and I also asked for half of the money back once I told him that I was not satisfied I told him that I wanted a realistic rose and jim put whatever he wanted to on me I told jim that was not the rose that I asked him for his excuse was that he could have did a better Rose I tip him a 100 $ before the work because I always tip artist i have over 36 tattoos and this is the worst one my mother also got ink and she wasn't satisfied her ink fell out which I didn't know was possible this is the worst tattoo I've ever gotten on my body and I don't even know if it can be fixed I don't think anyone should go to Gem City Tattoos I prefer bluebird now sharp and crispy lines and they give you exactly what you asked for and don't bust your head for it.
