Salesman said windows were good as 3 pane windows. Have had repairman out here at least 6 times and funky gave up this year. Put plastic over windows and it puffed full of air right away. Don't buy again or refer anyone. Have given up on gilkey had to cover all windows which meant more of my time wasted and money spent plus driving all over to find the plastic and tape. Hate these windows but the installers were great
