Montgomery County Auto Title at 8391 North Main Street, Dayton, Ohio.

Came here to have my title transferred and the lady inside got up and flipped the sign to "closed" as I was walking to the door (she could clearly see me as I was only a few steps away from walking in) and locked the door and told me "sorry" and shook her head. It was still 1 minute till close and she purposely got up and locked me out before closing time because she didnt want to work. Not how business is supposed to be run. Shameful display of a government run establishment.
