The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was fine, but not being from this region the food was just downright weird.

Chili by the longest stretch of the word, this way-sweeter-than-anything-else substance gets slopped onto the dish in an entirely unappealing fashion. I understand it's hard to make chili look appealing when splattered on a plate, but at Skyline you get it thrown on top of some sad spaghetti noodles with a metric ton of cheddar cheese dumped on top.

This seems like the kind of food locals eat because some other people who lived there longer eat there and everyone is too afraid to admit they're eating food crime.
