This is a shameful company. Get ready for a book y'all. If you just want the short version of my experience: this company is inefficient, unorganized, not thorough, and treats its customers like dirt. Please don't waste your time and money with this company.

We had to use these folks because they were the company AHS chose as their contractor. We had a leaking a/c unit that wasn't cooling the upstairs. In the four visits to our home that transpired over a month, they weren't able to fix our issue. Each time they would only spend a few minutes in on our home and they never identified/fixed the issue. At one point our a/c unit froze over and they told us we would have to turn it off (in the middle of the hot summer) to have it thaw. The technician said it would take 1-2 days to thaw but they couldn't book another guy to come out until the following week. So my husband, 7 month old, and I went days without a/c. Each time I communicated with "customer service" the same man was very rude and aggressive, raising his voice and talking over me.

The worst part was, we had an afternoon appointment for them to come out on Friday (their appointments run 6 hour windows). They were a no show. I called late that afternoon to find out what was going on and was promised that someone would be there Saturday. I communicated my frustration and requested they service us in the morning. To my surprise, he agreed and said someone would be there between 8am and 10am. Well, you guessed it. The next day at noon we still hadn't heard from them. I called, very frustrated at this point, and the same guy I spoke with the night prior told me he never said they would be there at that time and that they would never give me that time frame. When I prodded further, he said he couldn't even give me a window of time of when they would be there. I lost all my patience and demanded to know when I could expect them at our house and that we couldn't hang around all day that day waiting for them to show up. He told me if I had to have a time "sometime between now (noon) and seven pm". I told him that was unacceptable and that we needed someone here asap like they promised. He hung up on me so I decided to get AHS involved. The AHS rep spoke with them and he told her that he'd have someone out by 4pm. The guy didn't show up until 7:00 and ended up not fixing the issue. I was so upset after the experience that I called AHS a week or two later to see if another company could come out. Thankfully they had switched contractors. The new company came out and fixed the issue that same day. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I've never been so poorly treated or talked to. I will never use them again and will only warn family and friends to steer clear.
